Our Service
New Construction
Getting the plumbing right from the start is one of the most important parts of any new build. We work with homeowners, business owners, and general contractors throughout Northeast Kansas to handle all phases of plumbing in new residential and commercial construction, from underground rough-in to final fixture installation.
We’ll coordinate with your build timeline, make sure everything is up to code, and walk you through the decisions along the way, including pipe materials, fixture placement, water heater options, and whether a septic system or municipal connection makes the most sense for your property.
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Building a new home is a significant investment, and the plumbing needs to be done right the first time. We work directly with homeowners and their contractors to plan and install every part of the plumbing system, and we’re happy to consult during the design phase before a single wall goes up.
Commercial CONSTRUCTION
Commercial builds have different demands, including higher fixture counts, larger supply lines, and code requirements specific to the type of building. Our team has the experience and certifications to handle plumbing for commercial construction projects of varying sizes.
