Plumbing for Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels

A remodel is a great opportunity to update your plumbing while the walls are already open. Wheatland handles all the plumbing work for kitchen and bathroom renovations, from relocating supply and drain lines to installing new fixtures, for both residential and commercial properties. Your finished space should look great and function the way it should.

We work alongside your general contractor or directly with you, and we’ll walk you through what’s involved before any work begins so there are no surprises.

RESIDENTIAL REMODELING

Whether you’re updating a single bathroom or gutting a kitchen, a remodel is the ideal time to address aging pipes and upgrade fixtures. If your home is more than 30 years old, we’ll inspect what’s behind the walls and let you know if anything is worth replacing while we already have access.

Commercial Remodeling

Commercial renovations often involve more complex plumbing requirements, from ADA-compliant fixture placement to higher-capacity supply and drain lines. We’ll coordinate with your contractor and make sure the plumbing side of your project stays on schedule and meets code.

What we handle in remodels

  • Relocating or adding water supply and drain lines
  • Fixture installation (sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, dishwashers)
  • Rough-in plumbing for new bathrooms or additions
  • Upgrading older galvanized or iron pipe during renovation

What to know

Catching deteriorating pipe during a remodel is far less disruptive than dealing with a failure after everything is finished. Whether it’s a home or a commercial space, we’ll let you know what we see and what makes sense to address while the walls are open.
